• All recordings are for TRADE only! Any requests to purchase any recording will be ignored.

• I do not use a rating system since they are VERY listener subjective and can be inconsistent.

• Equal Trade: You have music I want, I have music you want. We both record them onto agreed media, and send them to each other.

• Unequal Trade: You do not have music I want, I will trade for blanks (i.e. 2:1). Depending on the media (CDR Cassette or Minidisc), if you want 1 recording, send me etc. Blanks should be 2 blanks. You get 1 and I keep 1 to cover shipping and materials. If you want 2 recordings, send 4 blanks, etc. Blanks should be new and unopened .

• All media should be sent in a box or padded mailing envelope. These mailers can also be used many times over so please reuse your mail bags as many times as possible. I will print covers with set lists (for both tapes and CD's MD's will include a setlist) for everything I send out. I will expect the same from you. I will mail cases for Tapes & Minidiscs but NOT CDs .

• Please ensure that you tell me what media you require in any request to trade.

Cassette: Maxell XLII/XLIIS (TYPE II) or TDK (TYPE II or III) 90, 100 or 110 minute cassette tapes

CDR: 74 min/650MB Unbranded (i.e. no logo on either side of the disc)

CDR: 80 min/700MB Unbranded (i.e. no logo on either side of the disc)

Minidisc: 74 min/650MB TDK, Maxell, Sony

Minidisc: 80 min/700MB TDK, Maxell, Sony

• ALWAYS SEND THE SET LISTS!!!
• Use only Maxell XLII/XLIIS (TYPE II) 90 or 100 min. cassette tapes.
• Record all tapes at normal speed (no high-speed dubbing) without noise reduction (i.e. Dolby).
• Don't cut songs at the end of Side A, leave the space and start it on Side B.
• Don't mix different sets on one tape >> MOST IMPORTANT <<.
• Label all tapes with date, venue, location and song titles.
• All tapes will come in their plastic cases unless otherwise arranged.
• All tapes come with labels displaying date, venue, location and song titles.
• Let me know when you send and receive, and I'll do the same.

• Provide copies of cover artwork and CD label (colour or scanned copy) - If NOT possible advance warning please .
• If you are not capable of printing out scanned images, you can e-mail the file.
• Record CDR at 1x or 2x speeds only.
• ALWAYS Record CDs using Disc-At-Once.
• Ensure that the CDR contains full show (make sure it works!) before sending.
• Label all CDRs with date, venue, location and song titles. - If NOT possible advance warning please .
• All CDRs will NOT come in their jewel cases unless otherwise arranged.
